You won't know the exact cost of extending a house until you've made
plans and know how large the extension is going to be and what will be
included.
As a general rule, an 80 square metre low set extension costs between $160,000 and $320,000.
This works out to approximately $2000/m2 to $4000/m2.
The price variables is due to material costs and labor costs
